As you drive down Morrison Farms Road roll down your windows.  First, you'll smell the clean air and then the water.  Get ready for the sign on the right and slow down, because you are about to see a setting that is so awe-inspiring you'll miss the homesite numbers on your first drive-by.

Sunset Bay consists of a total of 32 homesites:  five (5) waterfront, two (2) water access and twenty five (25) heavily wooded interior homesites.  Fourteen (14) boatslips have been set aside for the non-waterfront homesites on a first come, first serve basis.  There is community water and private septic.
